Colin V. Reed is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (“Ryman”), Nashville, Tennessee, a real estate investment trust.

Mr. Reed was elected Chairman of the Board of Ryman’s predecessor, Gaylord Entertainment Company (“Gaylord”), in 2005 and Chief Executive Officer of Gaylord in 2001. Mr. Reed is a director of one other public company, Ryman. He has been a director of Trust Standard since 2006.
