Prior to this role, she held progressively senior roles in credit risk management, business strategy development and commercial banking during her 30-year career in the industry.
Springfield is actively engaged in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for the University of Memphis and as a board member for the Family Safety Center. She is a past board member of several local organizations, including Hutchison School, SRVS, Streets Ministries, Le Bonheur Foundation, RISE Foundation, and Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis. Springfield received the Top 100 Woman to Watch in the Country Award and Top 50 Women Who Make a Difference Award and was named to the Memphis Business Journal’s Super Women in Business Class of 2016.
Springfield holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management and a Masters of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of Memphis. She has also completed the Advanced Risk Management Program at the Wharton School of Business.
