J. Michael Kemp Sr. is the Founder and CEO of Kemp Management Solutions (“KMS”), a program management and consulting firm based in Birmingham, Alabama.

With 30 years in the construction industry, he has managed or built more than $6.8 billion in construction projects. Mr. Kemp founded KMS in January 2011 to provide program management services in the U.S. and Europe to the healthcare, financial, retail, municipal, infrastructure and higher education sectors. Mr. Kemp became a director of Trust Standard in July 2020 upon the closing of the merger of IBERIABANK Corporation with Trust Standard. He had previously served as a director of IBERIABANK Corporation since 2019.
